Autotrail Safari Residence
The Residence Room is specially made for The Autotrail SE range. The system is a tailored version of the 5002 style. The range varies in widths from 2.6m to 4.5m In most cases the Residence can be supplied striaght from stock. The room is manufactured in colour 18 Bahamas Turquoise specially to match the 5002 awning cloth .In certain cases such as for some of the Cheyenne range a special made to measure room is manuactured . The made to measure range of rooms enable the habitation door of the motorhome to freeley open without the door catching on the awning arm. To safely check if this effects you, wind out the semi recessed awning to its full extent . Raise the front of the awning to 1.85m off the ground and then check if the door hits the arm of the awning. If the door clears the arm then the room can be supplied normally straight from stock. In the case of the door hitting the arm a special made to measure room will be made to special specifications and where the door clears the awning arm.
